I’ve been a business psychologist for 25 years, a role which I came to following my earlier career in the chemical industry working globally in both B2B and B2C markets. Here, I ran businesses in Europe & Latin America, led international change projects, and was a member of a global executive team responsible for HR, IT, Finance & Strategy.

As a business psychologist, I’ve specialised in leadership assessment & development, typically working with large corporate clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on consumer products, engineering and financial services.

I’m proud to partnered with many senior HR and line leaders in organisations of all shapes and sizes, helping them recruit and develop the right leaders for their tomorrow.

In 2022 I founded Impactful Leaders – a group of experienced psychologists who enjoy working together and share a commitment to doing relevant work in a pragmatic way.

Alongside my work at Impactful Leaders, I’m a Trustee Director of ICI’s Pension Fund, responsible with my fellow trustees for the governance of £6bn+ assets that support the livelihoods of around 38,000 members.
